SIGN THE WAIVER

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in flyboard activities at Bahar Ic-Caghaq, Malta. I understand that flyboarding is an extreme water sport that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury from impact with water at high speed
• Drowning or near-drowning incidents
• Equipment malfunction or failure
• Injuries from collision with watercraft or other objects
• Muscle strains, sprains, and joint injuries
• Head, neck, or spinal injuries

I confirm that I am in good physical health, can swim competently, and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in flyboard activities. I am at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).

I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the operators and to wear all required safety equipment, including a life jacket and helmet, at all times during the activity.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the operators, instructors, and all associated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained during the flyboard activity.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

I understand that this waiver is binding on myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns.
